Asmabell Realty Ltd, the developer of Asmabell Gardens Abuja, is a real estate development company with its head office in Abuja, the Federal Capital of Nigeria.

The company was incorporated as a limited liability company in 2007 to acquire, sell, manage and develop real estates of various types and designs in and outside Nigeria. Its Managing Director/CEO, Architect Yunusa Yakubu, has had over 25 years in active architectural and construction practice in the country. This experience has proved to be a treasure trove for the success story of the company right from its inception.

The company and its founder are driven by a passion to develop first class properties for residential, commercial and industrial use – one that offers and provides quality in terms of design, construction, finishing and functionality. As a demonstration of this and for the first time in Nigeria, the company is giving a guaranty to be responsible for any defect in construction for the first year of occupation of any of its properties.

Since its incorporation, the company has been privileged to have active practice in all its areas of specialization. The property portfolio of the company is diverse and comprising office complexes and residential houses of various types.

The company is currently developing Asmabell Gardens – a modern residential estate of 62 units of houses in Nbora District of Abuja, the Federal Capital of Nigeria for outright sale.
